Hi, I would like to ask about how to submitting the apps using IMA SDK for iOS.

Apple detects that IMA SDK uses advertising identifier (IDFA).

Could you explain me how to submit my apps with IDFA?

What's about Google IMA SDK?

Hi Nitinan,

Thanks for the question.  The IMA SDK does not use IDFA, thus it shouldn't be flagged as such.  Are you using any additional advertising libraries?

Thanks,

No. I didn't use any advertising libraries.
But I used a analytics SDK on my apps.
I think it is what Apple detected.

Thanks

HI there,

I want to correct some misinformation we gave you earlier in this thread - we do in fact use the IDFA in the IMA SDK. Unfortunately I can't tell you which boxes to check, but I can tell you how we use IDFA. We simply grab the IDFA from the device and send it to the ad server. What the ad server does with it depends on which ad server you're using. For further info on that, you can reach out to a rep from your server (DFP, AdSense, Ad Exchange, etc.).

Thanks,
Shawn Busolits
