AdError 901: An unexpected error occurred within the VPAID creative

Hey guys, we are basically on the start of implementig ads to our web html5 game. For this we are using Adsense for games. We have just implmeneted placement and IMA adapter for ad and we were trying to play the ad through Chrome. Everything works fine but sudenly it wont work on Chrome and only what we got is error "AdError 901: An unexpected error occurred within the VPAID creative. Refer to the inner error for more info. Caused by: Error: Error: AdError 1009 (The VAST response document is empty.): AdError 1009: The VAST response document is empty." We just tryied using Microsoft Edge browser/ Mozilla Firefox and everything works perfectly fine. Is there something more in Chrome browser why the ads won´t show (some basic ad blocker or?)? Have you ever faced this problem when you can watch the ad on one browser and not in another? Our progammer told me that when he try to play the ad on local host through chrome everything works but when he put this ad on live server nothing show him. Thank you for your input in this problem.

There is no error when I put the tag through HTML5 Video Suite Inspector, but when I try to load ad through our game we have a error. 

When I was making the ad tag I choose to have not skipable ads but when I was trying Video Suite Inspector all ads was skipable why?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We were not able to reproduce the behavior that you're seeing with your ad not displaying on Chrome. I've run your ad tag against our VSI on a Chrome browser, ad non-linear ad was displayed successfully (see screenshot attached).
As per the Resolve VAST and IMA SDK errors, the 901 error code is a fatal error that can be caused by any VPAID error, which could be any of the following:

• SSP VPAID wrapper not buying
• SSP VPAID wrapper timeout
• VPAID creatives required insecure mode
• An Ad Exchange "IMA Adapter" tag is used with the IMA SDK, and a VPAID ad is returned (the "Direct SDK" tag should be used)

Recommended action

• Ensure that any VPAID creative requests are supported for devices and players. You can use video creative profiles to control which creatives are eligible to serve.
• Ensure that any VAST responses that return HTML5 VPAID wrappers from IAS/DV/MOAT include an MP4 asset, and that the wrapper is not aborting playback. Also, ensure that you don't bid on impressions without a determined advertiser or buyer, or attempt to initiate a client-side resale.

Anyway how is this possible that ad works on Internet Edge browser, Mozila Firefox browser and even on local host on chromecast works this as well?

I confirmed that your ad is working well on Edge and Firefox browsers (please see attached screenshots), with regard to Chromecast, since I was able to play your ad via Chrome browser locally using our advanced sample app, hence, there should be no issue using cast on your end.

after a few weeks we have again time to get thorugh this problem. I’ve tested your ad tag against our VSI, but I kept encountering an Ad error: “AdError 1005: There was a problem requesting ads from the server.”. This indicates an issue with the encoding or decoding of a URI. 

With regard to the CORS policy issue that you’re seeing, as the error message suggests, “No Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.”, you’ll need to set up the Access-Control-Allow-Origin HTTP cors header on your on ad server response.

Regarding this, you can check out our CORS for VAST documentation for more information, or I would suggest that you reach out to your ad provider to assist you with your concern with regard to CORS and AdError 1005 issues.
