Hello,

I'm currently implementing the IMA SDK for Android TV. I'm also working with Oracle Moat Measurement for view-ability tracking, using OM SDK integrated within the IMA SDK.

We've noticed an issue on certain devices, where the user-agent does not contain the "TV" label. In these cases, MOAT is unable to track our impressions accurately. However, when "TV" is included in the user-agent, MOAT functions as expected.

Could you please guide us on whether there's a way to specify or modify the user agent used by the IMA SDK to include "TV"?

Hello,

This issue is reproducible with the sample without changing the code. The model of the device is NB_SH800H1 on Android 10. Here is the user agent on this device: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 10; NVSH800H1 Build/QT; wv) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Chrome/113.0.5672.162 Mobile Safari/537.36

Which is getting identified as Android mobile device. And the IMA SDK does not provide any way to modify this user agent.

For us to investigate further, can you specify the sample app that you are using to reproduce the issue. In addition, kindly provide us with the logs or screenshots/screen recording showing the issue you mentioned that it is getting identified as Android mobile device.
