Ad error: AdError 1009: The VAST response document is empty

I'm getting this error Ad error: AdError 1009: The VAST response document is empty both at my page and at the Video Suite inspector.

This is what the google console is showing:

Hi Daisy,

The error you're seeing is related to your serving. The IMA SDK has no control over the VAST response document as it can only use what is returned by the tag. In this case, you will have to reach out to your ad provider for help modifying your serving settings. They should be able to help ensure that you get ads.
