Hello Arex,

Your issue sounds to me that you are not able to load ads with your Ad Tag. Can you check what the logs are in either the Video Suite Inspector or our sample apps and let us know? If it's an empty VAST response, then would have to contact DFP Product Support, as it's a serving issue.

Hi Arex,

It looks like you were served a Flash VPAID ad and were getting a VAST_NONLINEAR_ASSET_MISMATCH error. You need to enable VPAID mode to be able to play these creatives. I would suggest you to use this sample app and then let us know.

    I have not understand your mean,because my videoplayer is HTML5 ，is not FlashPlayer,why must use Flash mode。My AD URL is "http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?ad_type=video&client=ca-video-pub-4968145218643279&videoad_start_delay=0&description_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&max_ad_duration=40000&adtest=on",it's google's Sample ads URL  ,the URL must be used to fill out the application form .

Hello Arex,

Your Ad Tag is returning a VPAID creative, and the only way for the SDK to play it would be for you to enable VPAID mode. VPAID creatives can include JS, HTML or Flash type of ads. 

Now, if you do not want such creatives from your Ad Tag, then you would have to contact DFP Support as it's a serving issue.
