Hi, I'm tryng to have video ads on yuotube videos, I have created a new Ad unit for this with size 677x377v. When I generate the tag i got this:

Anyway on the video inspector I only get this error:
adError Ad error (code 1001): No ads were found in the ad response. At least one ad is required to be able to load or play.

I have an order with video ads using this Ad Unit, so, i don't know what else to do, how can I fix this?

thanks for your help.

Hi Christopher,

The ad tag you have isn't returning any ads (if you load the URL in the browser you'll see an empty VAST response), so it's something that needs to be adjusted in your DFP tracking. I'd ask your DFP account manager for any suggestions. One further question, what do you mean by "video ads on youtube videos?"

Thanks,

it means we uploads our videos first on youtube, and then we show this videos in our website (Using youtube iframe code), it is possible to show ads on this videos? At the end they are our videos.

Hi Christopher,

The IMA SDK doesn't allow putting ads on YouTube videos (even your own) per the Terms of Service. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1706015
To monetize your YouTube videos, you can check out the YouTube partner program, which should let you set everything up just using YouTube. Here's the YouTube partner program link:  http://www.youtube.com/yt/creators/creator-benefits.html

I'm Trying to Get video ads serving using DFP on Live-Page utilizing IMA3SDK throws back this error causing other errors to occur refer to attachment.

VM276:1 Error: Ad adLoadError error: No ads were found in the ad response. At least one ad is required to be able to load or play. errorCode: 1001

Any idea How We Can Fix this basically is this "1001-error" "No ads were Found in the ad-response" due to our DFP ad-serving "DFP-Tracking" or "3rd-party ad-provider Tags" which we need to debug?

Hi Fawez,

That error simply means that your ad tag isn't serving any ads that the SDK can play (if it's serving any at all). I can provide more guidance if you'd like to share your ad tag, or the VAST response. But without that information, I can only suggest reaching out to your ad provider to ensure that you have a valid ad tag.

If you'd like to test your implementation with known to be working ads, I'd suggest checking out our IMA Sample Tags. We also offer our Video Suite Inspector, in case you want to test your own ad tags against a working SDK implementation.

Let me know if you continue to have issues.

Sorry for late response we were able to pin-point tec-errors back to ad-providers Tags however ad-provider claims issues were isolated from our environment but after extreme testing and consulting was not the case therefore we decided to put this particular ad-provider tags on the side for now and revisit shortly.

Our DFP tags works in a player with VAST ad plugin, but not with the IMA3 plugin will need support involved to get to the bottom of what is going on.
we believe it has something to do with the way that the flow and configuration within DFP is set up. Here is why:

we set up a separate ad policy with a DFP sample ad from this list to remove variables and test the implementation, and then we put this into a copy of the test player with Double-click (IMA3) plugin.

As you can see, the DFP URL from Google’s sample ad displays fine. So it would seem something with the configuration in DFP is affecting the DFP link that references the LKQD ads, causing our system to want to reference it as a VAST ad.

We need to try to discern the difference and potential workflow issue within DFP kindly advise how we could get Ads flowing on IMA3-Plugin?

Hi Ali,

This is a support forum for native implementation of our SDK and not for any third party implementation of our frameworks. If you are using our SDK natively, then the first step would be to test with our Video Suite Inspector and with our sample apps and then let us know. Also note that we are deprecating support for Flash SDK from June 1, 2017.

Thanks,
