Ad Events are not received in PIP mode

Hi,

Ad events like kIMAAdEvent_PAUSE, kIMAAdEvent_RESUME are not triggered in PIP mode.

Is this a known issue?

Thank you for reaching out to support. This is not a known issue. Are you seeing this with our recommended PiP implementation (link)? If yes, please share an ad tag that you're having issues with and I'll be happy to investigate. Please also share any other information that I would need to replicate this behavior.

Hi Chris,

Here is the adtag url i am using.

In PIP mode when you play/pause the ad, we dont see the ad events kIMAAdEvent_PAUSE, kIMAAdEvent_RESUME getting triggeted.

Hi Senthil,

Thanks for sharing the Ad tag. I was not able to reproduce the issue on my end using our AdvancedExample.  Do we need to follow any other steps to replicate this behavior? Please share the complete device logs and a sample project with your implementation for us to look into the issue and debug on our end. You can use "Reply privately to Author" option to share the requested information.
