How to serve preroll ad in Android and ios app for video player?

Hello Support,

Wish all is going well here.

Could you please guide me how can i am able to serve preroll ad using Ad Manager (DFP) in our Android and ios version app?

We want to serve pre-roll ads on all videos of this app using Ad Manager (DFP). I have created ad units in Ad Manager (DFP) for android and ios and get this below codes

Android:

Ad unit ID: (Please Copy and paste the following ad unit ID into your mobile application code.)

/251998432/Bioscope-video-ad-Android-Ros

Ad unit size: (Please you will need to include this following ad unit size in your application code.)

(400, 300)

(640, 480)

IOS:

Ad unit ID: (Please Copy and paste the following ad unit ID into your mobile application code.)

/251998432/Bioscope-video-ad-ios-Ros

Ad unit size: (Please you will need to include this following ad unit size in your application code.)

(400, 300)

(640, 480)

Also created line items in Ad Manager (DFP) but yet not ad is appearing. Would you please advice how could we can serve pre-roll ads in our app in all the videos?

Hi Bablu,

Thanks for contacting us. In order to display Ads (e.g. Pre-roll Ad) using the IMA SDK then, you need to do the following:

• Implement the IMA SDK by following this guide (Android, iOS).
• In Ad Manager UI, using your Ad Unit Id, you need to generate Ad Tag Url that you will use in your Ad request. You may refer to this guide for relevant information.
