Chromecast Generation 1/2 Ad Stuck during Ad Break

Hello,

I am trying to debug an issue where certain ads that are short in length (1 second black video) are getting stuck at the viewable_impression event fired/requested by the HTML5 SDK.

This request will get stuck for quite sometime until the SDK will timeout with [URLReporter] Reporting Urls for event: abandon.

The issue seem to only happen on the Chromecast Gen 1/2 but not on newer Chromecasts with the same ad playing.
