No ads through example IMA3 ad tag

Hello,

For approval purposes, I'm using the Flash SDK and have implemented the example IMA3 ad tag in my flash player. However the ad tag is not producing any ads. 

It is returning the 400 error code in developer console.

Does the example code intended to return ads or empty ad is the default behavior? As I am about to submit my website for for video approval, I want to make sure everything is on right track.

Here's the example code I'm using: http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?ad_type=video&client=ca-video-pub-4968145218643279&videoad_start_delay=0&description_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&max_ad_duration=40000&adtest=on

The ad tag is working fine with Flash video suite inspector and displaying ads.

You can notice the page requests the ad, but no ad is returned.

Hello Suleman,

It looks like you have not properly integrated the Flash IMA SDK. Looking at your URL, the ima.js is not being called anywhere. To help you integrate this, I would suggest you to first visit our 

Get started page  and our sample apps. Try and load with our sample apps as well and see if there is any issue. 

Also, please be noted that the Flash SDK is being deprecated on June 1 and I would suggest that you upgrade to our HTML5 SDK soon.
