IMA SDK creates an iframe which break my layout

I'm using IMA SDK of HTML5 to show a nonlinear overlay ad. everything worked normally except layout.

The ad slot is in a responsive container, but the SDK creates an iframe that has a fixed size, which will expand out of the container once the container shrinks.
So question is, can I put that ad directly in the container instead of showing via annoying iframe?

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

By default, the iFrame you are seeing is managed by the SDK via the AdDisplayContainer, which should be the same size as your video element. I'm afraid that the iFrame cannot be configured in any way since it is internally being handled by the SDK.

However, the misalignment looks like an implementation issue on your end. Can you provide to us a sample Ad Tag, as well as a sample page we can use to replicate the issue? You can use the Reply Privately to Author option if you are not comfortable sharing these information publicly. Kindly also check if you can replicate the behavior on our sample setups.

Thanks for your investigation, I have solved this by using .resize() method. But followed by another problem, every time the ad request only return with one ad, how can I get sequence of ads using AFV? (I don't have DFP activated yet)

Hi there,

Glad you are able to resolve the issue!

As for your new concern, I am afraid that we are not able to say since we can only handle IMA SDK related concerns in this forum. It would be best for you to contact your Ad Provider for assistance on how to set up multiple ads on their end.
