IMA HTML5 blocked in Safari and Iphone

I provide two example. They are identical but in different servers, the first one is a secure one and the second one it is not.

4. What steps must we take to reproduce your issue?

The problem we have is that advertising is not reproduced when we are on safari (mac) or iphone. It seems that because it is believed that we are doing autoplay, but there is user action. In the rest of browsers it works correctly.

In the example we are loading a video tag and with the play button we will launch advertising. 

To reproduce the problem what you have to do is simply load the page and click the "play" button, playing it on safari or iphone. You will be able to check that the player is stopped just before start de ad.

All this problem is happening just when user have select the autoplay options of safari "Stop content with sound" (the second one of the screenshot). Once the user select the first one "Allow automatic playback of everything" it is working properly. That's why it seems is something related to "autoplay", even though we are not doint it.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We've investigated the web pages you shared with us and were able to reproduce the issue. Can you please ensure that you're calling adDisplayContainer.initialize as the direct result of a user gesture? Doing so is required since Chrome and Safari stopped allowing autoplay with volume. Safari thought you were trying to launch ad playback automatically because you called the initialize method while the web page is loading (in the global scope). Feel free to take a look at the Get Started Guide as it shows you how to call adDisplayContainer.initialize() properly.
