Hi Tommy,
I work with Teejay and will assist you. Thank you for sending us your project in private. I replicated your issue in an iPhone12 Pro MAX simulator having the overlays out of bounds of the ad and in the iPhone SE second generation simulator the overlays where in the bounds of the ad. Note that the ad with a different aspect ratio that played sometimes always had the overlays out of bounds.
When looking at the size of the VideoView in different "View As:'phone model'" types, there were different aspect ratios depending on phone model. When I gave an aspect ratio constraint and reprioritized the other constraints I got a more consistent across devices behavior with the tall musical instrument ad. You may want to experiment with your constraints to get the consistent look you desire to achieve.

Aryeh Baker

Hi Tommy,
This is a general iOS programming issue how to set up your constraints so that the view is entirely visible yet the correct aspect ratio on all phones. The view as set up without an aspect ratio constraint will have a different aspect ratio on different phones. You may want to adjust the priority of other constraints and make certain on different phone models that the videoView isn't off screen.

Thank you for the answer. So that's mean, is nothing possible to full screen video (without show black blackground) and "learn more" text or text skip in one window right ? It's depend on video ads I add on tag ?
Or if I want to customize the "learn more" text or skip text or duration (bottom life position) . It can be customize on app ? Or is there any method to customize it?

Hi Tommy,
You can use the width and height of the ad to programmatically adjust the videoView as the Advanced Example shows you can adjust the size of the view in mid play when changing to landscape orientation.

Hi
Is any method available now to customize ui elements like learnmore or skip button? and how to customize it ?
Or is there any way to hide learn more button or change the position?

Hi Tommy,
Thank you for your message. I’m afraid, the IMA SDKs do not support changing the layout, size, or content of UI elements like the "Learn more" and “Skip" buttons.
