I tested the VAST Tag you shared and I encountered an Ad Error 1009 due to the VAST response that seems to be empty. You might wanna contact ad manager support regarding this to make sure that your Ad Tag is well setup and should receive a valid response.

I believe there hasn't been any changes on the specific dates you mentioned that could cause this. Have you check the issue I mentioned previously? Upon testing I'm still getting an empty VAST response from the Ad Tag you shared. It would be best to contact your ad server or ad manager regarding this.
On the other hand, are you seeing any error from the IMA SDK? could you send us the error you are getting? It would also be a great help if you could replicate this using our sample apps and send us the screen recording of the behavior to further investigate.
