AD is empty

Hi,Team,

     Recently, we have encountered some problems. Our advertising traffic has dropped rapidly since June 8, with a decline rate of more than 90%.We have not made any changes during this period.We use the IMA SDK for HTML5 and use the TV as the device.We found that we couldn't get ads on TV. But with the same link, we can move to a PC and succeed.

I tested the VAST Tag you shared and I encountered an Ad Error 1009 due to the VAST response that seems to be empty. You might wanna contact ad manager support regarding this to make sure that your Ad Tag is well setup and should receive a valid response.

Hi,Team,

    After that, we looked at the data, and we found that after June 9, 400 errors reached more than 95%.
    By July 10th, it seemed to be back to normal. I see that there are version updates on the 6/8 and 7/10 nodes.

Hi,

 

I believe there hasn't been any changes on the specific dates you mentioned that could cause this. Have you check the issue I mentioned previously? Upon testing I'm still getting an empty VAST response from the Ad Tag you shared. It would be best to contact your ad server or ad manager regarding this.

 

On the other hand, are you seeing any error from the IMA SDK? could you send us the error you are getting? It would also be a great help if you could replicate this using our sample apps and send us the screen recording of the behavior to further investigate.
