Hi Amit,
I work along with William.
Were you able to replicate this issue using one of our sample apps? If not, can you please share with us a sample project implementation where we could run and replicate the behavior?
Additionally, it seems that there is no video to be played on the shared link you provided. Could you please send to us again the screen recording of the behavior?
On the other hand, I notice that on your shared screenshot you are still using an older version of the SDK for iOS. Would you be able to update to the latest SDK version and see if the issue is still reproducible?
Please send all the information to our testing alias: imate...@gmail.com
Regards,

Hi Amit,
Thank you for your response. However, we cannot replicate the said behavior on our end. Would you be able to send a sample project implementation or even just a screen recording of the behavior showing that it is reproducible on our sample apps? This will greatly help us proceed in our investigation.
Additionally, you may have overlooked my previous comment before but, I notice that on your shared screenshot you are still using an older version of the SDK for iOS. Would you be able to update to the latest SDK version and see if the issue is still reproducible?

Please find the attached video for ad issue. I am able to reproduce in your sample app too.

Hi Amit,
I'm afraid our team haven't given their feedback yet on the issue. We will be sure to notify you the soonest we get any information from them.

Hi Amit,
Let me update this once again to our team. Rest assured that you will be notified once I receive any information regarding this issue.

Hi Amit,
Our team circled back with us and shared that this is actually an expected behavior since the pause behavior changes that rolled out in the spring. When a user backgrounds the app, or navigates away to learn more, the ad is paused. When the app is foregrounded again, the user simply needs to initiate play again to resume playback.

Hi Amit,
Thank you for your feedback.
That is a bit unusual. I have raised this unexpected behavior you are experiencing to have them check by the rest of the team. We will provide with more information once we have the result of the investigation.

Hello Amit,
Hope you are doing well. I just want to get back here as our team wants to confirm if this issue is still occurring on your end with the latest IOS SDK version? Asking this as we currently unable to reproduce the issue. If so, would you be able to share a sample app that uses the latest version and still reproducing the same behavior?
