Set up tracking ads,but it couldn't be received successfully

Hi Team,

   We set up ad tracking,according to:  https://support.google.com/campaignmanager/answer/3040965?hl=en
    But we couldn't receive the data.

   200.png     We found that the URL of the impression is redirected every time, and the dc_rdid we provided is set to null.
    This is a possible cause that we can find, but we are not sure whether it is caused. Do you have any suggestions?
