IMA SDK - Issue with the "Learn more" button on mobile

Hello, 
We are using 3.31.0 SDK for our Android app. The issue we encountered is that when clicking the 'Learn more' button, the ad is paused/played and the user is not redirected to the correct link. We encountered this issue in devices with OS versions bigger than API 29 or API 30. The click on the 'Learn more' button works correctly on older OS versions.
Also, I tried to test on the same devices the examples from Google IMA (https://github.com/googleads/googleads-ima-android) but I noticed the same issue there too.
Do you think this is an active issue or should I check something by my side?

Upon reviewing your concern, I understand that you are having an issue with the Learn More button not being clickable on Android API 29 above devices. I can also confirm that I am seeing the same issue on the devices you mentioned.

This issue has been fixed now, and it will be available in new release. Please keep an eye on android latest release.
