Thank you for bringing your question ot our attention. I have not seen that, where the ima3 file has not been present. But if this has been happening. We would suggest 2 things for you.First, is try to test against one of our
sample apps to see if the issue can be reproduced. And second would be to send us a sample of what you are doing.
Also, I know that you have stated that you have no steps to reproduce it. We would ask that you look to find some common steps or things that you do that seem to reproduce it. Quick and fast refreshing is in general a poor testing sample. As there are many things that can cause refreshes to be problematic.
