Thank you for contacting the IMA SDK support team. 

After reviewing your query, I understand that you want to know how to disable the Why-This-Ad (wta) button in Overlay Ad.

IMA SDK won't allow customizing their Ads UI. You should contact your account manager team, and suggest using either with Custom Ad UI implementation. For this your Ad Manager account must be enabled to use this feature. After this setup you can disable your Ads UI and use a custom UI instead.

Kindly ignore my previous response.

This  Custom Ad UI implementation was in beta feature, and we are no longer accepting new publishers into this beta feature.  All UI is depends upon the VAST response, IMA SDK won’t allow any modification in ads UI.
