Policy Video audibility misdeclaration

Hi everyone,
We are running video call vast tag in this site
We have adjust to sure policy param correct, vpmute and plcmt, also we ensure param to allow only type video. When user change sound it also update vpmute before call vast tag.
But it still policy and we don't known why, following the policy center and can't find more information to fix it.
Can everyone help me explain it? I'm following from the begin of year to today but can't solve it.
