Overlay ads not loading on WEB (Desktop)

Hi Team,

Hope you're doing fine.

We've facing a strange issue on our website where overlay ads are not rendering even though we could see that DFP is correctly sending such ads like 468x60 and impression tracker is also getting fired. It seems to be some technical issue which is not letting overlay ads render on our site and Google team has suggested that IMA would be the best bet to consult in this case. Could you please help us to troubleshoot the issue?

Hi Tulika,

Since the ad returns an overlay in our VSI tool, your issue leans towards being more implementation specific.  

In your implementation, when you click on the video to play the player itself resizes.  The new size of the player is too small to display your overlay ad.  I believe you are running into the same issue that we've experienced in the past, where the overlay ad content could not be displayed since creative dimensions do not align with the display area.  Please let us know if this clarifies things.
