We received log event for this as below on latest sdk version

We are observing this delegate function for the ad manager:
Also, the started event is not being called. Sometimes, after loading, no other events get called in the delegate.
We are also receiving the event "AD_BREAK_FETCH_ERROR" sometimes.

Can you please confirm the integration type is client side or server side DAI?
An errorCode = 1009 in the Google IMA SDK indicates that the VAST (Video Ad Serving Template) response from the ad server is empty, meaning it doesn't contain any valid video files or tracking events.

I ran the provided VAST tag URL in the VSI tool and I can see AdError 303. I checked your AdManager account and observed that ad unit ID “22754432841 > vlfight” demand channel is unfilled. My team's expertise is limited to the technical implementation of the IMA SDK. For demand channel is unfilled issue, I'd recommend reaching out to either your Ad Manager account manager (if you have one) or by contacting the Ad Manager Help Center.
