Ads are displaying in mozilla firefox but its not showing in chrome

I am new to video ad integration. I have a website and I am hosting few videos. I have good viewers followers. I am trying to ad integrate adsense for videos but strangely ads are showing in firefox but ads are not showing in chrome. I am following https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/html5/quickstart . Hope you understand my issue. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for writing this to us. Before we assist you with this issue, I would like to ask you few follow up questions :

1) Do you see the same issue in our Video Suite Inspector (VSI)? 

2) If you are still facing the issue with the VSI ,Could you provide us the AdTag URL that you are using?

3) Do you see any specific error / error code on your end when playing the tag on Chrome?
