What ad unit should I create for App open ad?

What ad unit should I create for App open ads in google ad manager, I want to show both Display and vidio. I can see the traffic option here to create order and line item: https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/9351867?hl=en but there is no mention on how to create the ad unit.  if it's a display ad unit only how will it serve the video ads?
