I'm afraid the issue here is not very clear. I also do not understand the error message in your screenshot as it was not in English language. Additionally, I have check your shared live page and I can play both the pre roll ad and the video content successfully.
Could you please elaborate what is the issue here so we can better addressed it? And have you replicated the same behavior using one of our sample apps? Please share with us the screen recording of that behavior. And please do share with us also the Asset key if it is LIVE or the CMS ID + Video ID if it is VOD you are using so we can test it on our end.

I deleted your last response from the forum as it contains sensitive information. Rest assured that we have a copy of the shared details for testing purposes.
With regards to your issue, I do see the behavior you are reporting on your shared screen recording. However, on the test pages you shared and the VSI with sample VAST Tag, the issue is not reproducible as everything seems to work as intended.
I am leaning towards implementation issue here and with that, I would suggest to please follow our Get Started in creating sample basic integration of the SDK to your app, especially the part of creating the ad container and the succeeding instructions. You may also check our sample apps for reference.
