Hi Team,

I hope all is well and you are doing great!

We are facing some issues and need help from this group to tackle them.

Currently, we are using Exoplayer for our VOD platform and running ads, which are working and all good, and now we are moving to the Flutter project. However, during our initial test on an Android device, we were facing a viewability issue when using any brand safety measurement platform tags to run advertisement, which are MOAT, DoubleVerify, or IAS.

Is there any document referring to this topic that we can share with our app developers and ask them to follow the instruction in order to record viewability on these platforms? maybe something related to the OMSDK implementation.

I appreciate your assistance on this.

IMA does not have Flutter plugin or example app. You may want to reach out on Flutter community forum for issues specific to IMA + Flutter integrations.
