ADs not playing

i am using plyr-react video player in react.js web. preroll ads playing but most of the times ads not playing, i did not even got any error ads url also triggering, but ads not playing

after playing any video, I am getting ads completed just after playing video, capturing that event ads completed but not displaying ads 

Note: I am deploying code every time to check ads due to this error "The Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy header has been ignored, because the URL's origin was untrustworthy. It was defined either in the final response or a redirect. Please deliver the response using the HTTPS protocol. You can also use the 'localhost' origin instead."
