Hi Roy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Currently the IMA SDK for HTML5 doesn't have a method that will allow you to auto focus on the skip button, the way that the IMA SDK for Android goes about the skip button.
If you're using a VPAID 2 creative and would like to know if the ads are ready to be skipped, you check out the adSkippableState VPAID property, to identify when the ad is in a state where it can be skipped.
Let me know if this will work for you.

Is it recommended to query the skip button by its class name and do this manually until you provide a solution for that?
Hi Roy,
Thanks for your response. Allow me to create a feature request for this and share with the rest of the team. However, I cannot guarantee if and when this would be made available. Please keep an eye on our release history and our blog for updates regarding this feature.
We don't encourage configuring any UI elements manually as this may result in unintended behavior. However, there are some exceptions, please refer to this document for certain UI elements that you can configured to be displayed or hidden.
