I have tested the shared VAST using our Android advanced sample app, choosing custom ad tag and placing your vast in the url tab, and I was not able to replicate the reported error as the ads played as expected. Kindly refer to the shared screenshot. Would you be able to confirm where you exactly replicated the issue?

• is the issue reproducible in any of our sample apps or you are using your own implementation? Kindly share to us the exact app that can replicate the issue.
• is there additional steps to replicate the same behavior?
• is the issue consistent or does it happen intermittently?
• on what version of the SDK you are testing?
• what are the details for the affected devices?
• share a screen recording of the behavior for better illustration of the issue (if possible)

 

On the other hand, with regards to testing in VSI, I was able to see the reported behavior. I will raise this concern to our wider team, along with the android behavior upon your confirmation to the above questions.
