IMA DAI sample streams not working

I've recently tried to play back the IMA DAI SDK sample streams using the DAI SDK for HTML5 Video Suite Inspector.

It appears that at least the VOD streams are broken. Could you please take a look and fix them? Public test vectors are always a great resource :). 

Here are the error details (listed by `Video ID`):

• tears-of-steel: Playback stalls permanently after 1min 09sec. It appears that one segment URL prior to the first mid-roll and one segment URL after it return a HTTP status code `404`. 

• tears-of-steel-omid: Same as tears-of-steel
  
• tos-dash: Stalls after the pre-roll ad and never continues main-content playback. Also seeking ahead doesn't trigger playback. I don't see any errors or failed requests.

I am able to replicate this issue in DAI VSI and raised this concern to the team for further investigation. I'll get back to you once i receive any update on this, Meanwhile, You patience is important.
