Getting ALL_ADS_COMPLETED 5 seconds after the Ad has been completed

Hi,

We're encountering an issue with IMA video ads when using a VAST tag that includes two ads. Only the first ad plays, while the second one gets skipped. However, after the main content resumes, we receive the ALL_ADS_COMPLETED event approximately 5 seconds later.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to reproduce the issue. I can also share the sequence of events if required.

Hi Paras,

Thank you for contacting the IMA SDK support team.

The IMA SDK is designed to handle ad playback, and if it encounters a problem with an ad creative or its delivery, it will often skip that ad and try to continue with the ad pod (if there are more ads) or resume content.

To investigate the issue could you please share your vast tag along with charles with us.
