How to get a url for random pre-roll ads?

Hey, 

I am using videojs plugin for pre-roll ads on live stream.

Now, how do I create a DAI url that will give me random ads to display and after ads showing I will gain  a percentage.

Adsense used to have such feature but they went away with it.
