Hi Ima sdk team,

We are noticing an issue where the iframe which render the ima- contents, has an issue. If the ad is paused for sometime the iframe styles disappear, and iframe ui breaks and goes below the player.

Hi Nalin,

Thank you for contacting the IMA SDK support team.

Looking at the screenshot provided, I want to believe you are using IMA HTML5 SDK for desktop browser. Please confirm if this is correct and if so, what browser are you using. Can you confirm if the IMA integration type is client-side or DAI?

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are facing an issue where the default styles coming on the iframe which contains all the elements related to ima-sdk are disappearing if the ads is in paused state for sometime breaking the ad UI.

In the screenshot you provided, it looks like a video player library is being used. What library is this? Have you been able to reproduce this issue in our VSI player?
