[Android] How to add a margin around Learn More & Ad Progress

Hi,

Is there a way to add margin around Learn More and the ad progress text similar to how the YouTube app does it? For example Ad Choice labels in the corner of those ads overlaps with Learn More when there isn't a margin.

Hi Eric,

We don't offer a method to move IMA ad UI. The "Learn More" link is well known and advertisers steer clear of putting anything in that location. You may reach out to the creative maker about creatives that don't follow best practices.

I'm afraid that we do not have documentation for best practices in creative design. What we can offer and support is SDK implementation sample apps that you may check for your reference.

How do you suggest we make the decision to reach out to a creative developer not following best practices, when you can't tell us what those best practices are?

Hi Kevin,

While I cannot point you to documentation this has become industry practice to place a click area on the top right corner. I checked in Youtube also they have a similar click area, the words are "Visit advertiser" instead of "Learn More".
