IMA SDK HTML5 - Vpaid Mode Insecure - Safari referrer missing

1. Using: IMA SDK HTML5 

2. Adtag: https://pastebin.com/PJYehWAs

3. Yes

4. Enter the above vast tag and set Vpaid mode to "Insecure" 

When VpaidMode is set to Insecure:  No refererer is send with the fetch request from to our advertiser:

When set to "Enabled' or left out:

It includes the referer from tac.googlesyndication.com

Is it possible to include de referer from the origin my domain.nl?
