ASK. IMA SDK for HTML5 Games

Is IMA SDK only suitable for video ? Is there any HTML5 Game sample ?

I have working with it and find no issues on desktop, but the Ad video is not showing on mobile, because Im not put <source src="https://www.w3schools.com/html/mov_bbb.mp4"></source> inside video element / tag.

Actually I don't want to show nor load the video, just want to show the ads.

If I put video url, it will show the video src for a second then show the ads, if ads are complete, then load / continue the video src again, I don't want that.

How to show the video ad without video element src ?

Thank you for raising your concern to the IMA SDK forum.

To confirm, there are no HTML5 Game samples on our resources and the IMA SDK is used for combining ads and video content. It is mentioned on our documentation that the IMA SDK is used to combine ad and content video.

Regarding your question if you could show the video ad without the video, unfortunately, playing ads without content goes against our video publisher policy and is not intended with the IMA SDK or ExoPlayer-IMA extension. We appreciate your understanding on this.
