IMA SDK HTML5 CompanionClickTracking not firing

Hi All,

My team has started supporting companions and noticed IMA SDK HTML5 doesn't support CompanionClickTracking.

Reproduction

1. Go to https://googleads.github.io/googleads-ima-html5/vsi/?tag=https%253A%252F%252Fkrk.kargo.com%252Fcreative%252Fvast%253Fid%253DKM-CREA-146748

2. Click the Test Ad button

3. Click the 300x250 companion

Expected

The url provided via <CompanionClickTracking/> is requested.

Actual

The url provided via <CompanionClickTracking/> is not requested.
