Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Hi.

When i run the html sample in my Chrome browser.

I always get console error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden).

What is the problem?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The http error code 403 generally means that accessing the page or resource you are trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason. The reason is sometimes caused by a security restriction (CORS) that prevents the SDK from accessing the VAST it is requesting. Are you launching the html sample from a local server? Did you encounter this behavior using our video suite inspector? Can you share the html sample and the ad tag you were using so we can investigate further.
