No response starting preroll on old CTV and imasdk3

Hi,

in the last few days  we are experiencing an issue on old CTVs (Samsung Tizen 2016, LG 2016, LG 2017) using [ https://imasdk.googleapis.com/js/sdkloader/ima3.js ]. 

Newer TVs are not affected by this problem and are using the same code. 

Video contents with preroll hang in infinite loading at startup  without load any adv neither receiving any error from IMA.

The last log visible is after the google.ima.AdsLoader.requestAds(adrequest) execution.

Please can you check if any breaking change had been released in the last releases?
