Could you please confirm if you are utilizing Swift UI to integrate IMA ads? If you are employing Swift or objective-C frameworks, your application requires a ViewController to load IMA advertisements onto any screen. Please find the Google Source Code to check the view controller object.

If the issue still persists, please provide us with a sample application in which the issue can be replicated. We will attempt to recreate the issue and offer a solution accordingly.
