It seems like you didn't received the response from one of my colleagues. I am reposting part of what he said here:
"Looking over this case, we would ask if you have also contacted the ad serving provider who gave the VAST. Since this is not reproducible in our sample it generally points to either an implementation issue or a VAST issue."
Since there is no reliable way to reproduce the issue, or at least share with us a screen recording where we can see the behavior, we would recommend to reach out to your ad provider first and confirm that the VAST is correctly configured and should return a valid responses.
Do not hesitate to come back to us once this is confirmed along with the sample project implementation where we could reproduce the issue or screen recording of the behavior from one of our sample apps.

Yes, I’ve talked to MOAT, the ad serving provider of another same case, they checked the tag and said there’s nothing wrong with it.
We encountered this issue with more than one ad serving provider, and more than one type, VPAID or just VAST redirect. And I saw all of the network request and responds worked correctly. There’s must be something wrong with SDK or implementation.
Have you ever got other issues like this? That would help to reproduce this issue or solve implementation problem.

Thank you for confirming this. With that, we will really need a replication of the behavior so we can proceed on our investigation. I have tested again the VAST XML you have previously shared and I couldn't replicate the same behavior you are reporting. It returns a non fatal error: "There was an error playing the video ad" for the first couple of ads and then play the last one until it completes and fires the allAdsCompleted callback then proceed with the content. Is this somehow the same with what you are encountering? Could you please share with us the screen recording of the behavior you are seeing?

Thank you for providing additional information.
I have tested the latest ad tag you shared and I did not encounter any issues, the ads played as expected then continued with the content after it completed.
On the other hand, we can clearly see the issue on the screen recording you shared. However, we cannot work on that alone, thus we would need the logs you are receiving when encountering this issue or kindly share with us the sample project implementation where you are seeing the issue.
As a side note, I have deleted from the forum your last responses as it contains sensitive information. Rest assured that we have a copy of that on our end.
