Show AVPlayerViewController play controls during DAI ads

Is it possible to enable playback controls for DAI ads? I'm having a vague memory of it working before, but not now with the ima-tvos-v4.0.2 it seems to be hidden/deactivated during DAI ads. It's ok to have it disabled for ad-rolls but we want to still give the customers the ability to seek and pause during live stream DAI.

Hi Tobias,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The IMA DAI SDK for tvOS doesn't show the AVPlayer controls during ad playback and there's no API method that you can use to show it. The controls are usually back on screen once the video content playback is resumed, this allows the users to seek and pause the stream.
