IMA SDK for Android does not clear controls when ad break stops on background

Hi, we are experiencing an issue where the "Visit advertiser" button on Android is stuck in the screen forever, even after the ad break ends. This happens especially when:

* App is put to background during an ad

* Player is stopped in the background

* App is put to foreground

* Player is restarted with a new media item

In this case the player displays the new video, but the UI continues to show "Visit advertiser"-button.
