Thank you for contacting IMA SDK Support Team.

No,  all URL will not call at once in case your VAST contain multiple ad types (Pre, mid, post).
For Example in your shared VAST there are 3 break (Pre, Mid, Post):
The moment when you call requestAds then it will fetch pre roll first and after some time approx 8 seconds it will load mid roll and post-rolls will pre-loaded directly after the last mid-roll. 
If you are enabling preload option then post roll ad will pre load as per the value.

This scenario could be observe in IMA VSI network tab with this sample tag.
