Hi,

I was hoping you could help me with a very specific problem we have with Google Ads at the moment.

We rely on Google to provide us with leads via the contact form on our website.

However, in the past few weeks, we have been receiving a large amount of fake/SPAM leads through the contact form and our paid ads every single morning. This is resulting in us spending 50% of our budget first thing in the morning.

Every one of these fake leads is from tracking:

It feels to us that some sort of bot/program is running every morning to click on our paid ads, submit a dummy lead, and therefore drain us of our Google ads budget each day.

As you can appreciate, this is costing us as a business money and it is taking our sales team time to filter out all of these SPAM leads.

We have updated the Google captcha on our website contact page and I have also tried adding the link (http://imasdk.googleapis.com/js/core/bridge3.516.0_en.html) to exclusions/excluded websites in Google ads manager, but this still does not work.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,
Jamie
