VideoJS IMA SDK issue in VMAP adpod

Hi Support Team, 

Can you please help me on VideoJS  IMA SDK playing VMAP Ads? I am trying to load below account VMAP ads in videojs but it is giving me ads timeout instantly without waiting for the timeout limit which I have set.  

Please review the URL below and advise why I am receiving ads timeout as soon as I load ads. Ideally it should wait for atleast given timeout second i.e. 5000 ms?

I have reviewed the URL you have provided in the Google sample project and the issue you have mentioned ads timeout as soon as ad loads is not reproducible. Timeout (in milliseconds) when loading a video ad media file. If loading takes longer than this timeout, the ad playback is canceled and the next ad in the pod plays, if available. Use -1 for the default of 8 seconds. Can you also confirm whether the mentioned issue is replicating in our Google sample application? If yes, Kindly provide the below details for further investigation:

• VAST tag URL
• SDK version being used
• Code snippet or minimal sample project replicating the issue(If possible)

Hi Sunil,

I've checked all info which you've shared and there is no issue with the code. I was able to load the ads with your VAST only one time in VSI. But later on i am not receiving any ads and it's returning empty response. 
There is no issue from IMA SDK.

I would suggest you to contact your AdManager representative to provide valid ads in VAST. Test ads won't be having ads every time. Check once with production ads if available.

Hi Support Team, 

Can you please advise if there is any way that I can play pre roll ads before the main content .m3u8 playback request? In my current implementation as per documentation I have to preload the main content .m3u8 before the ads play then only my ads is playing? 

Please advise me on this.

Hey Sunil,

Ads will load only when your actual content starts as ads are associated with video content and cannot be run without any content.
