Custom UI for tvOS

Hello,

I'm looking into disabling ads attribution and ads countdown on all platforms including tvOS. Based on previous conversations on this topic, documentations are as follows:

Also, on another note, disableUi requires an extension embedded in VAST tag -- I've tried the sample tag that contains that feature and it works.

Usually, we use VMAP on our app. I have checked that our VAST tag from the VMAP doesn't contain the feature disableUi. When I look at the reference page, there is a note saying "Your Ad Manager account must be enabled to use this feature. For more information, contact your account manager". As an administrator, unfortunately, I couldn't find how to enable the feature by searching through admin page. So, could you give me a guide how to enable the feature through the admin page?

I understand that you want to enable the feature for disabling the UI. However, please note that the ability to disable the IMA user interface requires allowlisting and if the ad being used does not permit UI to be disabled, disableUI will be a no-op. That said, I recommend reaching out to your Account Manager for further guidance in enabling this feature through the admin page and for more information regarding this matter.

I'm afraid that the documentation is not available to the public as this is for allow list publishers only. What we recommend at this point is to reach out to your account manager.
