I can confirm that you appear to be implementing the PAL nonce correctly, and it appears to be included in your request to media tailor. Do you have any way of confirming what response Amazon received when they made the ad request? Assuming that Amazon is receiving and processing the ping correctly, the most likely issues that I can see are either:
1) amazon is not receiving a response for some reason
2) amazon is unable to use the media files included in the response.
Either way, seeing the response that amazon receives would be crucial to debugging.
