Upon testing the shared VAST Ad Tag url in our VSI, i noticed that it constantly returns AdError 1009: The VAST response document is empty. This error indicates that the ad was not served properly. Our recommendation would be to talk to your account manager or ad server representative to see why your ad tag is not working.

I'm afraid that setting up an ad unit is out of our scope as an SDK support team. If you are using Ad Manager, you may refer to the below articles:
Should you need further assistance on that, we would recommend reaching out directly to the publisher-support team as their specialist are more able to help you with this kind of queries.
On the other hand, if you are using a third party ad server, we would recommend reaching out to your account manager or server representative for further assistance on the configuration of your ad unit.
