IMA SDK for HTML5 does not support skipping ads on Tizen TV

Hi, all 

    I am developing The advertising function of smart TV on tizen simulator.Other types of ads work fine, but skipping ads are reported with an error of 1005 .

    I try to set up playsinline properties and setDisableCustomPlaybackForIOS10Plus to true, Unfortunately the same error was reported.

    And the simulator browser information is "5.0 (SMART-TV; Linux; Tizen) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Tizen".

Hello there,

Currently our IMA SDK do not support any smart TV environments. And, we don't offer support for any Video JS implementations on this forum.

Here is a link which provide us sample for implementing DAI IMA.

I ran sample code on web browser, it is working fine but when I try running on Samsung Smart TV then it is not working properly.

Please provide such sample code who works on Tizen TV.

Hi IMA SDK Team,

But this "https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/html5/dai/quickstart" link says that they provide HTML5 DAI IMA SDK and you are saying that you do not support any Smart TV.

This link "https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/7298842?hl=en" has list of DAI IMA SDK's supported platforms.

Samsung Tizen Tv supports HTML5. So I asked for sample code who supports in Tizen TV.

I want to ask one more thing regarding your provided link "https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/html5/dai/quickstart"  for HTML5 sample code or quick guide. I have checked sample code which is given by your mail on browser but unfortunately video and ad stuck after playing sometime.

Can you please provide any other SDK sample code for HTML5?

Just to confirm that we do have a guide on how to get started with HTML5 DAI IMA SDK, however, we only support Android or FireTV and Apple tvOS.

That said, please note that we do not provide sample code implementation for Tizen TV at the moment.
